Depending on the financing project, creditworld offers solutions for working capital, growth projects, company acquisitions and commercial real estate.
Working capital financing
Financing for short- to medium-term working capital needs.
Growth financing
Financing for defined investments or growth projects.
M&A financing
Financing for company acquisitions, including succession solutions.
Commercial real estate financing
Financing solutions for commercially used properties.
creditworld’s financing solutions are aimed at small and medium-sized companies registered in Switzerland with at least two years of operating history.
For an initial financing assessment, creditworld requests the financial statements for the last two financial years as well as information about the financing requirement and intended use.
creditworld currently states financing volumes of CHF 100,000 to CHF 25 million. Financing can be structured with amortising or bullet repayment and can be secured or unsecured.
I would leave the term out completely because, as we saw, creditworld currently has inconsistent information on its own website: the English SME page says 6 months–5 years, while the German financing page and homepage say up to 7 years.
Companies can submit their financing request directly to creditworld. The financing project is first assessed, after which creditworld develops a suitable financing structure and determines the conditions as part of its credit assessment process. If the financing proceeds, it is placed through creditworld’s financing vehicles or with suitable institutional investors.
